City of Milford (balance) We’re two book lovers living in San Diego, California, though we’re Denverites at heart. The only thing we love more than reading books is talking about them with each other. Our tastes are wildly different, so we’re always telling each other about books the other might never read. It’s already our main hobby, so we figured, why not make a podcast out of it?
The Short Version is simple. Each episode, we’ll tell you the short version of a book one of us has read. Usually, only one of us will have read the book; the other will be hearing the story for the first time. As unapologetic English majors with tons of unearned confidence in our opinions, we plan on doing some commentary and analysis along with some humorous banter. (Well, humorous if you’re the book nerd type. We think we’re pretty fucking hilarious.)
If you love books as much as we do, we hope you’ll listen and subscribe to The Short Version on Apple Podcasts.
